The approach
Different buyers want different things from land — a flat to move into, a plot to build on their own timeline, or a piece of farm land to hold and develop. Star Infra Developers runs all three as dedicated development lines rather than treating them as one generic real estate business.
It works closely with MAC Reality on promotion and sales for its own developments, while continuing to plan and develop new apartment, layout and farm land projects independently.
